Had a big order. Ask for a discount. And the nice lady offered me one. And another gentleman I'm assuming was the manager overheard our conversation and then he offered me more. Now that's great customer service.

Mountain Mike’s Pizza never disappoints! The pizza is always hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the flavors are spot on every time. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and the place is always clean and welcoming. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, Mountain Mike’s is a go-to for great pizza. Highly recommend! and the front desk staff is to sweet

Date of my experience 01-28-2026 at 10pm. First time getting food from this pizza chain, so I wanted to try it out after a late work shift. Ordered (to go) a Hawaii BBQ chicken and some mozzarella sticks. The place was empty and but guy at the front desk was nice, even if he looked like he needed some sleep. Came around 25mn later to pickup my order, and went back home without checking it. Sadly, I am sorry to report that I was VERY disappointed by what I saw when I finally checked my order. The mozzarella sticks were hard, over-cooked and almost all of them had the cheese leaking out of them, leaving just the empty crust to eat. As for the pizza, same thing. It was very crunchy and all bits of chicken & bacon were so over-cooked that it was impossible for me to eat any of those. Even my dog had trouble eating them when I gave some to him. And the "cherry on top", was being charged $50 for this food!!! Now I know where I will never go back to eat pizza again.

Probably the best Mountain Mike's in the area. The crust always has that toasty quality that I remember as a kid. Toppings are always on point unlike some others in the area. Delivery is also reliable when ordering directly.
